JET BLACK RIDE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please read these terms and conditions carefully. The following terms & conditions apply unless otherwise agreed upon in advance and in writing.
CHARGES
We accept all major credit cards, Visa, Master, Amex, and Discover card. All charges incurred are charged through your credit card unless agreed upon in advance, or if the clients has a billing account with JBR. All payments are non refundable unless the client cancels 24 hours prior to the scheduled trip, and 6 hours prior for trips booked within the last 12 hours.
AIRPORT TRANSFERS
JBR does not do meet and greet pick ups from the airport, all passengers are required to meet at the pick up zone at arrivals and if there is a number or letter for the zone please message the driver with corresponding number or letter or both. Complimentary wait times for airport transfers are as follows, 70 Minutes for international flights and 45 mins for domestic flights. Any additional wait time will be charged to the client at the rate of $80/hour or $20 per 15 mins. If an additional stop or a route change is requested, additional charges will incur and will be charged to the clients credit card at the rate of $4/mile. And $2/min of wait time.
PETS
If the client has a pet, if the pet is small and can be carried, it is ok, if it is a big pet the client will have to order an SUV and be ok with the pet being in the back of the SUV. There will be no additional charges for pets, here at JBR we are an animal friendly company. If your pet soils the car it will be an additional cleaning fee of a minimum $250 or more depending on the damage caused.
KIDS
If your child is under 8 years old and needs a car seat, it is up to you to provide your child with a car seat, JBR will not take responsibility and will not provide service if you do not have a car seat for your child.
LUGGAGE
On our website all the cars show how many individuals and luggage can fit in the vehicle you have booked. If your luggage or number of individuals exceeds the amount stated on our website and can not fit in the vehicle, the driver will cancel the trip and you will be charged the full amount.
PASSENGER CONDUCT
JET BLACK RIDE reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Rude or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated under any circumstance, the driver has the right to end the trip at any time if he feels threatened or disrespected by the passenger. Any damage to the vehicle will be billed to the client after assessment of the damage to the vehicle. Damage including but not limited too the seats, doors, LCD monitors, system controls or any other kind of damage. The use of drugs is strictly prohibited in our vehicles. Standing and shouting outside of the windows or the sunroof while the vehicle is moving will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED
Smoking is not allowed in any of our vehicles, that includes, Cigars, Cigarettes, Canabis, and Vapes. If you really have to smoke, kindly ask the driver to pull over some where safe for you to enjoy your cigarette in the outdoors.
ITEMS LEFT IN THE VEHICLE
Any items left in the vehicle will be shipped to the client via USPS and the fee will be charged to the client. JBR is not responsible for any lost or missing items.
DRUGS AND ALCOHOL
Drugs and alcohol are strictly prohibited in any of our vehicles, the consumption of any form of drugs or alcohol in any quantity is strictly prohibited under our company's guidelines.
SPEED LIMIT
Our drivers will not break the speed limit under any circumstances, if you think you might be late to an event or to the airport, please book earlier to make sufficient time for you to arrive on time.
